Yeah, if the sword is a symbol of masculinity and the chalice of femininity, what does a bridge like the Brooklyn Bridge or the Golden Gate Bridge (or, of course, the London one) look more like? A chalice, damnit. Still, I gotta admit Fergie had something strangely catchy there. Though wouldn't you love to hear a cover of the song with Rachael's new lyrics used instead? I'd pay $.99 for it on iTunes.

Yeah, WW has a chart that says what a good healthy weight is for your height.  I'm 5'5", so my range was 120-150lbs.  Basically, they wouldn't let anyone weigh below 120 (I'll NEVER be there, anyway, LOL), but if you didn't think 150lbs was realistic and talked to your Dr about a weight that you and he/she agreed on, WW would honor that as a "goal". 

Anyway... I picked 140lbs because... well it's just a number right now.  If I start getting down there and think that it's not realistic, I'll change it.  Right now, tho, I think I could do it.  Thanks for sharing with me about your "journey" It's inspiring, and I think you're beautiful where you're at now  I know it's going to be an emotional journey, but Jonathan is doing it with me, so I think that will help me a lot.

Maybe your guy friend will be able to support you (in addition to keeping each other accountable at the gym) by eating healthy with you, even if he doesn't need to lose weight.  

I hate the gym, personally, and I'm not going to one until we move so we don't have to drive so much every day.  It's 40min to work and back, on a good clear day, at least 30min to make dinner (usually closer to 60min) and by the time that's done,  and the usually daily chores like dinner and things, it's too late to go to the gym.  And, I can't go in the morning, because it doesn't open until 5:30 down here.. and I have to have worked out, and showered and everything by 6:30... not really feasible, especially since I don't want to shower in 'Y; showers ::shudder:: lol

Anyway... another novel, lol... We should start writing emails
